破解高技能人才公共实训基地困境的对策研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对当前社会的公共实训基地普遍遭遇使用率不高的困境,提炼了多年领导和参与建设各种实训基地的经验,提出了实训平台建设模式、训练工位要精算"两数"(级数、基数)、服务外包要紧扣"两率"(使用率、完好率)等破解之策,对社会的公共实训基地和职业院校的实训基地的建设和运管都能提高建设质量和提高投资效益,具有积极的实用意义和较高的借鉴价值。 Aining at the dilemma that the current widespread training base of society is suffering from, i. e. , the ultilization rate is not high, this paper summarizes the experiences from the leaders and the participated in working and constructing for years in the base, and puts forward some measures of getting rid of dilemma, such as "training platfrom construction mode,""training station" being actuarial‘Two numbers'(i, e. , ‘ series number' and‘cardinal number'), "outsourcing" being close to ‘Two rates'(i, e. ,‘utilization rate' and ‘good rate'), etc. , which provides a positive and valuable reference for construction and operatin management, not only to the current social public trainin base, but also to on-campus vocational training base, and can improve the quality of construction and the investment efficiency.
