摘要
对于市级电大而言,开放教育的核心任务就是提供优质的教学服务,为社会培养合格的人才。如果说在试点阶段,我们重点关注服务手段的丰富多样及创新性的话,那么当开放教育通过教育部评估,作为中央电大的常态项目来发展时,我们的侧重点就应该转移到教学支持服务体系的完善和有效性上来。特别是有效性的分析,将能更好地体现开放教育以学生和学习为中心的本质特点,也将成为考量各级电大服务水平的抓手。
As for city-level rrv universities, the core task of open education is to provide quality teaching service and bring about qualified personnel for society. If our focus is on the diversity and innovation of service means in the pilot stage, then our attention shall be turned to the perfection and effectiveness of the service system in support of teaching when open education has gone through the evaluation of the Ministry of Education as a constant project of Central TV University for development. In particular, effective analysis will better demonstrate the basic feature of the student and studyoriented center in open education as well as become the motive force in assessing the service level of TV universities at all levels.
