摘要本文通过对英国开放大学、美国凤凰城大学、上海交通大学网络教育学院等院校的学习支持服务模式研究,按照远程教育学习支持服务定义,重点探讨了广播电视大学开放教育学习支持服务体系构建与实践,指出构建远程教育学习支持服务的模式要遵循"以学生为中心"的教学理念,学习支持服务体系的构建必须适应学生群体的总体差异、分散程度、不同需要和教学资源的构成状况,逐步构建一站式教学支持服务模式,为学生提供及时、便利和有效的支持服务。
