摘要
研制了一种脉冲重复频率为10Hz的激光等离子体软X射线源;使用波长053μm和波长106μm的激光脉冲,聚焦在不同的金属靶上,使之离子化。靶材有C、Mg、Al、Ti、Fe、Cu、Zn、Sn、W、Pb和Bi。分析了不同原子序数的靶材在不同激光脉冲能量、靶面激光功率密度下辐射的光谱分布特性。这种光源的建立不需要特殊条件,适合在一般实验室中使用。
A repetitivelaserproducedplasma (LPP) soft Xray source with a pulse repetition rate up to 10Hz was developed.Spectra ranging from 8 to 20nm were obtained from plasmas generated respectively by a 100mJ(λ=053μm) and 800mJ (λ=106μm) Nd:YAG laser focused on the following different target materials:C,Mg,Al,Ti,Fe,Cu,Zn,Sn,W,Pb and Bi.The dependence of spectral distribution on the target materials and laser parameters,such as pulsed laser energy,laser focus power density etc.are analyzed.The intensities of the soft Xray radiation with different atomic numbers are characterized.
