摘要
本文论述将ＰＷ１６００Ｘ射线光谱仪改造成具有八十年代末期水平的ＰＣ１６００系统的基本结构和功能。并以高合金钢为测试样品，进行合金元素定量分析，以验证新系统的各种功能、实用效果及其推广意义。
This paper describes the structure and new functions of PC1600 XRF analyticalsystem f which consists of PW1600 X-ray spectrometer system, IBM PC386 computer, microprocessor, interface and PCX software package. High alloy steel samples are used as experimantal specimens to verify various functions and real effects of this new analytical system
