摘要
研究了风机用隔爆型三相异步电动机的工作环境和结构特点,介绍了机座的设计和机械计算方法,具体包括机座的刚度、机座的振动固有频率、承受爆炸压力的螺栓强度核算方法等。试验和生产实践证明了风机用隔爆型三相异步电动机机座设计的合理性和计算方法的正确性。
After studying the fan with flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor working environment and the structure characteristics.Design and mechanical calculation method of the base was introduced.Specifically including standby stiffness of the base,the standby vibration frequencies,bear explosion of bolt strength calculation method of pressure,etc..Test and production of the fan prove flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor base design method is reasonable and the calculation method is correct.
