结晶器内粘结漏钢及其传播行为的研究 被引量:12

摘要 在板坯、薄板坯结晶器温度实测数据的基础上,分析了稳定工况下的温度变化及其分布特点;结合实测的粘结漏钢数据样本,对温度的反映情况进行研究,探讨了粘结传播过程中温度的典型特征,并着重分析了粘结的纵向和横向传播行为。研究结果可为高拉速下粘结性漏钢的预报和测温系统热电偶布置方案的设计提供参考。 Based on the measured mould temperature data in slab and thin slab continuous casting, the characteristics of temperature variation and distribution in the mould in normal condition are analyzed. According to the measured samples about sticking, the response of the temperature and the process of sticking breakout are investigated, especially focusing on the sticking propagation along the height and transverse direction. The results can provide guidance for the breakout prediction under high speed casting and design of thermocouples arrangement.
