板坯连铸漏钢预报温度信号降噪方法 被引量:4

Denoising of Temperature Signal for Breakout Prediction in Continuous Casting Process

摘要 针对结晶器热电偶所采集的温度数据中包含噪声,严重影响漏钢预报系统对铸坯表面质量的准确判断,分别采用傅里叶变换和小波变换降噪方法对板坯连铸现场采集的温度数据进行降噪处理;并将降噪结果进行了分析对比。结果发现,小波变换降噪方法对板坯连铸温度数据具有更好的降噪效果,可以为漏钢预报系统提供更为准确的数据。 Aiming at the noise contained in temperature data collected by the thermocouple embedded in the slab continuous casting mold,which seriously affects the accurate evalution of the surface quality of the slab by the steel leakage prediction system,the Fourier transform and wavelet transform noise reduction methods were used to denoise the temperature data collected in the slab continuous casting field. The denoising results were analyzed comparatively.It is found that the wavelet transform has the better denoising effect on the temperature data,which can provide more accurate data for the breakout prediction system in the continuous casting process.
