摘要
阐述了粘结漏钢的形成机理和漏钢预报系统的基本原理。通过统计典型粘结数据,分析并优化了漏钢预报系统的参数,提出提高漏钢预报系统预报准确率的措施,以进一步降低粘结漏钢率。
Formation mechanism of sticking breakout and basic principle of molten steel leakage prediction system are explained. The system parameters are analyzed and optimized on the basis of typical sticking data and measures increasing prediction accuracy of the system are advanced in order to further reduce sticking breakout ratio.
