摘要
信息化管理已成为大型工程项目管理的迫切需要。以浙江北仑电厂三期工程项目为案例,分析项目管理组织机构和业务流程,归纳该项目管理信息系统(MIS)在提高工作效率、提供数据支持、加强内控力度、提高信息共享度等方面的设计要点。提出包括基建MIS和生产MIS的工程管理信息系统构成框架和功能。
Informatization has become an important need for large construction project management. Taking Zhejiang Beilun Power Plant Phase Ⅲ project as a case study, this paper analyzes the project management organization and business processes, concludes the design essentials of the project Management Information System （MIS）, those are raising working efficiency, supplying data support, enforcing inner control, and improving information sharing. Finally, the structure and function of the project MIS involving construction MIS and production MIS is presented.
