摘要
首先介绍了输变电工程项目管理,分析了输变电工程项目的特点,并且指出现阶段管理方法的不足之处。之后提出一种利用信息技术来进行管理的方法,简要地介绍了它的结构、权限分配及工程管理的内容。
Firstly, this paper introduces transmission and transformation project and characteristics of it, then points out the insufficient of its management; Secondly, this paper also raises a way of management that is used information technology. Its structure, fights assignment and project management also simply indicated.
