摘要
分析机组并网出现汽轮机调门关闭,解列后调门又全开等一系列问题的原因是由于数字式电液控制系统(digital electro-hydraulic control system,DEH)的负荷限制控制、一次调频控制及转速控制等回路存在设计缺陷造成的。为此,对低负荷限制动作、一次调频动作、调门全开、调门全闭过程和原因进行详细介绍和分析,并提出解决对策和建议,避免机组带隐性缺陷运行,提高机组的安全可靠性。
The paper analyzes that close of control valve and full opening after step-out during grid-connection result from de- sign defects of control loop of load limitation, primary frequency control loop and speed control loop of digital electro-hy- draulic control system (DEH). Therefore, the paper introduces and analyzes low-load control actions, primary frequency control actions, full opening of control valve, full closing of control valve and the causes, and it proposes countermeasures and suggestions, preventing the unit from operation with hidden defects and improving safety and reliability of unit.
