摘要
采用MTT法检测MNNG加热损伤诱发的胃粘膜异型增生大鼠脾脏NK细胞活性和淋巴细胞转化率，结果发现较正常对照组大鼠明显降低，表明胃癌前病变大鼠存在着免疫功能的低下；运用中药胄尔康进行预防性治疗，则能明显提高胃粘膜异型增生大鼠的NK细胞活性，促进淋巴细胞的转化，且随剂量的增大而增强；同时，胃尔康还能减轻环磷酸胺引起的小鼠胸腺、脾脏的萎缩，并可防止环磷酰胺引起的小鼠外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞的减少。研究提示，胃尔康有调节机体免疫功能的作用，通过增强机体的免疫能力，从而有效地防治胃癌前病变的发生发展。
The spleen natural killer cells (NKc) activity and lymphocyte transformation rate were measured with MTT method, compared with the normal group, the NKc activity and 1ymphocyte transformation rate of gastric mucosa dysplasia group were lower. It suggested the rats with gastric mucosa dysplasia were immunologic inadequacy, preventive treatment with Wei Er Kang colild obviously increase the NKc activity and lymphocyte transformation rate; on the other hand, Wei Er Kang could reduce atrophia of spleen induced by Cyclophosphamide and prevent lack of peripheric white blood cell and lymphocyte induced by Cyclophosphamide.
