摘要
本文利用MTT法和细胞集落形成抑制试验观察了链球菌722对B16黑色素瘤细胞体内外生长的抑制作用。结果表明:在0.2KE/ml以上浓度的722直接作用下,B16细胞的活细胞数明显减少(P<0.01),集落形成能力丧失,生长曲线平缓,作用随722浓度的增加而增强。提示722在体外能抑制B16细胞的增殖和生长。动物实验也显示了722能抑制B16瘤的生长,延长荷瘤鼠的生存时间(P<0.01)。作者认为,722制剂抗瘤作用是有效的,但有一定限度,应与手术等方法联合应用,方能取得较好的效果。
he effect of strcptococcal preparation 722 on B16 melanoma cells in vitro is studied,Whcn the B16 cells contactcd with strcptococcal preparation 722 in 0.2-0.5KE/ml concentration directly and continuously in vitro.the percentage of living cells was low, the ability of colony-forming of the cells was lost and the growing-curve was down too.In addition,mices injected with 722 could survive much longer than those not be used with 722.All the results indicated that the effect of 722 preparation on antitumor include the direct effect and the indizect one through stimulating the host's immunologic response ability.
