薄板铝合金激光填丝焊组织性能分析 被引量:5

摘要 实现了薄板5A06铝合金的激光填丝焊。并采用扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对比分析了激光填丝焊和非填丝焊接头的显微组织及其成分分布,对比分析了这两种接头显微硬度和拉伸性能。结果表明,薄板5A06铝合金的激光填丝焊焊缝的成分主要取决于焊丝成分,由于激光焊冷却速度快,焊缝的成分和组织均匀性均较激光焊未填丝的低。其激光填丝焊接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率均高于激光焊的接头,可以达到与母材等强,焊缝硬度低于激光焊焊缝。 Aluminum alloy Sheet was welded by laser welding with filler wire.The microstructures and composition distributions in welds were compared between laser welding with filler and laser welding with the help of scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and energy spectrum analyzer (ESA).Microhardness and tensile property were also tested and compared.The results show that the composition of welds by laser welding with filler mostly depends on the composition of filler metal.Owing to the high cooling speed after welding,the composition and microstructure of welds by laser welding with filler metal is more non-uniform than that by laser welding.The tensile strength and elongation of the joint by laser welding with filler metal are almost equal to base metal and higher than that by laser welding,but the microhardness of the former is lower than that of the later.
