摘要
详细介绍了可用于激光焊接质量控制的声、光、电、热等信号的物理特征。从信号检测、信号分析以及控制技术三个方面详细地综述了目前激光焊接质量的实时检测和控制技术的进展。
Various kinds of signals which are potentially capable of diagnosing the quality of laser welding are described in this paper.Such signals are acoustic emission,optical emission,plasma charge and the heat of welding pool.Furthermore,this paper summarizes,in detail,the progress of in process monitoring and quality control of laser welding in three aspects:signal detection,signal processing and process control.
