摘要
在成功地研究并开发了薄壁构件低应力无变形焊接新技术的基础上,把靠预置温度场静态控制焊接应力与变形的方法发展到动态控制法,这一新构思所形成的动态控制焊接应力与变形的新技术的原理在于:不再依赖预置温度场,而是直接利用电弧在薄壁构件上所形成的焊接温度场,建立一个特殊构造的热潭跟随电弧,构成“热源-热潭”多源系统,在熔池后的高温焊缝区产生强烈的局部急冷拉伸作用,控制和补偿焊接时产生的压缩塑性变形。达到薄壁构件低应力无变形的焊接效果。
A newly developed method for dynamic in process control of welding stressand distortion of thin-walled structural elements is discussed in this paper。The DynamiCally Controlled Low Stress Non-Distortion(D.C.LSND)welding processprovides a tensile effect created by a local spot intensive cooling of just solidified weldwhile it is still at the high temperature state. This localized tensile effect follow-ing the welding heat source dynamically and quantitatively controls the formation ofincompatible compressive plastic strain and thermal stress during the welding process.A new device of multi-source(heat source-heat sink)system have been developed.Experiments show that good results of low residual stress levels and complete freedomfrom distortion can be achieved. It promises a wide prospect for engineeringapplication of non -distortion welding for thin-walled structures.
