摘要
介绍了薄板激光焊接时，焊接质量在线实时监测系统及声、光信号的采集和处理方法、实验结果。该系统为高效率的激光焊接提供了可靠的质量保证。
This paper introduces the on-line real time monitoring system for welding quality and the method for signal collection and processing when thin plate is welded by laser, the result of experiment shows that this system provides a reliable guarantee of quality of the high effective laser welding.
