摘要
目的 建立HPLC测定益气温阳胶囊中的有效成分其他阿魏酸含量的方法。方法 采用色谱柱为C18柱，流动相：甲醇-水-冰醋酸（体积比25：75：0．35），检测波长为320nm。结果 阿魏酸在0．02-0．20μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系，胶囊中阿魏酸的平均回收率为98．8％，RSD=0.97％。结论 方法简便、稳定，能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Yiqiwenyang capsules. Method Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate, and separated on a CI8 column（5μm, 250 mm ×4.6 mm） using methanol - water-acetic acid （25： 75： 0. 35） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm. Results The calibration curve of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.02 - 0.20 μg. The average recovery was 98.8% with RSD 0. 97% （ n = 5）. Conclusions The method could be used for the quality control of Yiqiwenyang capsules.
