摘要
玻璃天花板作为当前社会客观存在的现象,阻碍了女性职业发展的道路,这不仅与社会现代化不相符,更不利于社会和谐。要突破玻璃天花板的阻隔,需要女性自身、企业和政府的共同努力:女性自身需克服弱点,发挥出自身优势;企业应更新观念;政府要制定相应的促进性别平等发展的政策法规。
As a social phenomenon, the glass ceiling blocks female career paths, which not only obviously violates the trends of modernization, but also goes against social harmony. Analyzing the present situation and reasons of the glass ceiling, we see if we want to break the glass ceiling, we must face gender difference from women themselves, enterprise and government and endow fair starting point, opportunity on bisexual career development to construct the social harmony of sexual equality.
