摘要
高校女职工中普遍存在"工作-家庭"兼顾的平衡模式,一方面,女职工承担起大部分家务,为丈夫的事业发展做出了牺牲;另一方面,女职工对工作有着积极的态度和较强的事业心。调查发现:这种"工作-家庭"兼顾的平衡模式并未在女职工生活中的造成重大冲突;由于女职工受到传统性别意识的影响,事业心不足,为家庭奉献的决心仍旧存在,因而她们较好地接受了这种家庭事业兼顾的生活状态。
Higher prevalence of female workers in the "work-family" of both the balanced mode, on the one hand, women workers assume most of the housework for her husband' s career to made a sacririce; on the other hand, women workers has a positive attitude and strong sense of professionalism for work. This "work-family" model does not take into account the balance of female workers living in ma- jor conflicts. Because female workers are affected by the traditional gender awareness, lack of dedica- tion, commitment and dedication for the family still exist. Thus, they better accept this family business into account living conditions.
