摘要
高职生作为当代大学生中的一个特定群体,既具备许多大学生共性的心理特征,又有着一些不同的心理特点和心理发展规律。为了增强高职生心理健康教育的针对性和有效性,首先应当科学、全面地把握高职生心理健康状况,在此基础上制定预防为主、层次合理的心理健康教育体系,并从制度上保证该体系的长效运行。
The vocational school students, as a special group, have much common psychological characteristics with university students, but also some different ones from the other youth groups of the same ages. To improve the effectiveness of the mental health education among the vocational school students, it is of utmost importance to understand the situation of their mental health scientifically and comprehensively, on which the mental health education system is to be made and the long- term operation of the system be guaranteed.
