摘要
社会转型时期的大学生心理健康问题的类型及成因错综复杂,主要表现为:人际交往缺陷、角色适应不良、情感困惑干扰、家境欠缺重荷、自我意识模糊、就业困难压力。这势必要构建一个多层次、深层次、具有明确发展取向的心理健康教育模式,包括:乐观友善的教育环境、多元参与的教育理念、科学规范的教育网络、素质全面的教育队伍、形式多样的教育活动、自我教育的主体意识。有助于大学生追求或回归健全的学习人生,对整个社会的未来,更具潜在的重大发展价值。
During the period of social transition, college students' psychological health problems and their causes are various and complex. In light of this situation, a multi - level psychological health education model should be constructed. This education model includes six aspects: (1) an optimistic and friendly education environment; (2) the education principle of pluralistic participation; (3) the scientific and standard education network; (4) the high - quality education team; (5) diversified education activities; and (6) the subject awareness featuring self - education.
