摘要
维生素C磷酸酯镁是一种稳定的维生素C衍生物,采用基团保护法,以维生素C为原料与丙酮反应生成5,6-O-异亚丙基—维生素C(简写为IAA),再与磷酸化试剂反应,脱去保护基后与氧化镁反应生成维生素C磷酸酯镁。
Vitamin C magnesium phosphate is one kind of stabe vitamin C derivatives. It can prepared by 5,6 - O - isopropy - lidene vitamin C （IAA） is prepared by with vitamin C and acetone as material group protection method, then treated with phosphorylation reagent, after removing the protection group, reacting to magnesium,vitamin C magnesia phosphate could be prepared.
