摘要
建立饲料级维生素C磷酸酯镁含量测定方法。分别测定样品中的总磷和杂磷,用钼蓝法,在710nm处比色。对标准曲线的线性、精密度、稳定性进行考察。该方法线性方程:A=0.3246ρ+0.051,在0.5-2.5mg/mL内,线性关系良好(r=0.9979);显色后2h内比色结果稳定。该方法适合于饲料级维生素C磷酸酯镁含量测定。
To develop a spectral method for the determination of magnesium salt ascorbic acid phosphate in feeds. The contents of inorganic phosphor and the total phosphor were measured using the developed method at 710 nm, respectively. The linearity, precision of the method and the stability of sample were investigated. The method was linear over the concentration range of 0. 5 to 2.5 mg/mL, the value of correlation coefficient (r) was 0.997 9. Results were stable till two hours after color reaction. The method was successfully applied to determine the contents of magnesium salt ascorbic acid phosphate in feeds.
