摘要
用自组装法将纳米金粒子组装到化学修饰过的ITO玻璃片上,制备了一种新型的多层纳米金修饰电极。用紫外可见光谱、循环伏安等方法对其进行了研究。结果表明:电极对抗坏血酸具有良好的电催化氧化作用,峰电流与浓度在1.0×10-5~1.4×10-2 mol/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限4.0×10-6 mol/L。
A novel electrode was prepared by self-assembly method in which gold nanoparticles were assembled on the surface of chemically modified ITO conductive glass. UV-vis and cyclic voltammetry were employed to study it. The results showed that electrode exhibited good electrochemical catalytic activity on oxidation of AA. The anodic peak current increased linearly with the concentration of AA in the range from 1.0×10^-5mol .4×10^-2 mol/L with the detection limit of 4.0×10^-6 mol/L.
