摘要
L抗坏血酸与丙酮反应生成5,6O异丙叉L抗坏血酸(IAA),再与三氯氧磷进行磷酸化反应,脱保护合成L抗坏血酸2磷酸酯镁。合成IAA,采用氯化亚锡为催化剂,可得943%的收率。最佳磷酸化反应介质为一保持pH120~125并含高浓度吡啶(初始浓度大于22mol/L)的0~10℃的水溶液。对有关产物的结构作了表征。
L Ascorbic acid reacted with acetone to prepare 5,6 O isopropylidene L ascorbic acid(IAA),then phosphorylation with phosphoryl chloride and removing protective group to synthesize magnesium L ascorbate 2 phosphate.Using tin protochloride as catalyst to synthesize IAA,the yield of the product can give 94.3%.The optimum phosphorylation medium was an aqueous solution maintaining pH 12 0~12 5 at 0~10℃ and containing a high concentration of pyridine (the initial concentration above 2.2mol/L).The structures of relative products were characterized.
