摘要
以风电机组齿轮箱的斜齿轮轴为对象,首先将Pro/E实体模型导入ANSYS建立有限元模型,在此基础上,对斜齿轮轴进行线性静力分析,最后得出形变和应力分布结果。并以此为据判断强度和刚度条件,提出轴的改进方案,提高了设计的可靠性。
Some helical gear shaft of wind turbine generator gearbox is taken as the object,Pro/E solid model is transformed into ANSYS to establish finite element model first; on this basis,the analysis on linear static force of some helical gear shaft is conducted; the deformation and stress distribution result is finally obtained to judge the strength and rigidness condition,propose improvement scheme on shaft,and improve the reliability of scheme design.
