摘要
对蕨麻中水溶性多糖进行微波辅助提取和测定研究。通过单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验优化微波辅助提取多糖的最佳工艺,结果表明:液固比为3,浸提温度90℃,浸提时间120 min。得到蕨麻多糖提取量为83.9 mg/kg。
The water solvent polysaccharide was extracted from Potentilla anserina L by microwave-assisted extraction and its determination was studied. Single factor test and orthogonal experiment methods L9 (3^4) were applied to optimize the optimal technics. The results indicated that solidliquid ratio was 3, temperature 90℃ and time 120 min, the polysaccharide extract amount was 83.9 mg/kg.
