摘要
通过蒽酮-硫酸法和苯酚-硫酸法,采用不同的标准单糖以及不同的单糖组成比来测定天然产物中的糖含量,得到一种比较准确性高的方法,即按多糖中单糖组成比为标准来测定。
The content of sugars in natural products has been determined by phenol-sulfuric acid and anthrone-sulfuric ncid colorimetric methods,using different monosaccharides and different molar ratio of monosaccharide composition as standard. By comparison, we have found the method that can raise the accuracy of determination by using molar ratio of monosaccharide composition as standard.
