摘要
选取48只小白鼠,随机分为8组,每组6只,1组为对照组,2、3、4组为给药组,5组为照射组,6、7、8组为照射给药组,1~4组不照射,5~8组用5 Gy^(60)Coγ射线照射,照后30~60 min,1、5组和2~4、6~8组分别灌胃5 d蒸馏水和蕨麻多糖,第6天处死小鼠,采集血液、肝脏、脾脏和股骨进行检测。结果显示,蕨麻多糖可以使辐射小鼠红细胞和白细胞数量、血红蛋白含量升高、红细胞比积增大,使脾脏指数、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性、淋巴细胞亚群比例上升,促进丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,一定程度提升辐射小鼠的DNA系数。蕨麻多糖对辐射损伤小鼠的造血系统、抗氧化系统和骨髓细胞DNA损伤具有较好的治疗效果。
Forty-eight mice were randomly divided into eight groups of six mice each.Group 1 was the control group,groups 2,3,and 4 were the Potentilla anserina L drug groups,group 5 was the irradiation group,and groups 6,7,and 8 were the irradiated Potentilla anserina L drug groups.The control group was administered distilled water by gavage for 5 d without irradiation;the irradiation groups were irradiated with 5 Gy^(60)Coγrays.In the drug groups,the mice were gavaged with distilled water and Potentilla anserina L polysaccharide within 30-60 min after irradiation for 5 d and euthanized on the sixth day.The effects of different doses of Potentilla anserina L polysaccharide on the blood routine,organ index,DNA content in bone marrow,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),lymphocyte subpopulation ratio,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the mouse livers were determined.The results showed that Potentilla anserina L polysaccharide increased the erythrocyte and leukocyte counts,hemoglobin content,and erythrocyte-specific volume as well as the spleen index,liver T-AOC,SOD activity,and lymphocyte count and decreased the MDA content.The DNA coefficient of irradiated mice was improved to some extent.Potentilla anserina L polysaccharide exert good therapeutic effect on the hematopoietic and antioxidant systems and can mitigate the DNA damage of bone marrow cells in radiationinjured mice.
