摘要
目的了解开展心理健康教育课堂教学对学生心理素质提高的作用,为有效开展心理健康教育课堂教学提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对65名学生进行课堂教学前后心理健康调查对比,与60名学生未进行课堂教学前后心理健康调查比较。结果①经过心理健康课堂教学后的学生比未上过心理健康课的学生心理健康状况提高大;②经过课堂教学,男生心理健康状况提高比女生显著;③经过课堂教学后强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执因子降低显著。结论及时对高职高专学生开展心理健康教育课堂,并有针对性、实效性地开展心理健康教育的课堂,可以有效的提高高职高专大学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the effect of psychological health education classroom teaching on the improvement of students' psychological quality, in order to provide b.asis for the development of psychological health education classroom teaching. Methods 65 students were surveyed before and after classroom teaching by using SCL-90 and were compared with 60 students without classroom teaching. Results ①The psychological health state of students with psychological health classroom teaching was significantly improved, compared with those without psychological health classroom teaching. ②The psychological health state of male samples was significantly improved, compared with female samples. ③The symptom of duressor, .sensibility of human rela- tionship, depression, anxiety, hostility, and stubbornly biased character was significantly declined. Conclusion The efficient psychological health education classroom teaching for higher vocational students can be helpful to the improvement of the level of their psychological health.
