摘要
本文以扁平式气流磨、立式高速冲击磨、柱销磨三种粉磨设备,加工硅灰石针状粉的试验结果为基础,分析了冲击粉碎效应和剪切粉碎效应对产品长径比的影响作用,并根据H.Rumpf的理论解释了试验现象。最后讨论了提高长径比的措施和加工设备的选用问题。
On the basis of the experiments of processing needle-shaped wollastonitepowder with jet mill, impact mill anol Jiyu mill,we analyzed the test phenomenons and discussed the principle of improcing the length-diameter ratio of the powder product in linewith H. Rumpf's theory. Additionally,some information about selecting suitable processingeguipment was given in this paper.
