摘要
教育是人的教育,人性化是教育的核心因素。人性化教育是通过人文关怀,用"人"的方式去对待人、理解人、关怀人。目前农村寄宿制小学教育和管理中存在着过度管理、生活指导滞后、学习负担过重等一些非人性化的表现,但人性化才是农村寄宿制小学教育的应然走向和最终选择。
Education is intended for human beings, thus the essential factor for education is humanization. Humanized education to treating, understanding and caring pupils as a ＂ human being＂ by humane concern. At present, education and management of the rural boarding primary schools exist some dehumanization phenomenon of over manage and lagged life guide , overweight learning load and so on, but humanization is the essential tendency and the ultimate choice for education of the rural boarding primary schools.
