摘要
农村寄宿制学校在农村社会发展中具有重要地位和作用,主要表现在教育、文化和经济意义上。目前农村寄宿制学校的主要问题表现在学生儿童心理发展、学校教育管理、教育经费短缺、师资建设等维度。农村寄宿制学校发展需要的外部条件和政策支撑是国家专项经费的支持、农村寄宿制学校相关的教育法规标准体系、科学的布局、教师交流制度等。
Rural boarding schools play an important role in mml social development, which is mainly embodied in the education, culture and economy. The main problems of current rural boarding schools are mainly occurred in the following aspects： the long distance from students＇ homes to schools, children＇ s psychological development, school management, the shortage of education funds and qualified teachem. The development of rural boarding schools needs the following external condition and policy support： state special funds, relevant educational regulations and standardised system for rural boarding schools, scientific layout, teachers exchange system, etc.
