摘要
对３３例星形细胞瘤标本进行增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）抗体免疫组化标记。结果表明：ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞数随肿瘤的恶性度增高而升高，各级星形细胞瘤的ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞数除Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级之间无显著差异外（Ｐ＞０．０５），其余各级间都有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），而且Ⅰ、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级间有非常显著的差异。提示星形细胞瘤ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞数与肿瘤的分级有密切的关系，ＰＣＮＡ表达水平能较客观地反映肿瘤的恶性程度，可作为临床评价星形细胞瘤生物学行为及病人预后的参考指标。
Immunohistochemistry using the antibody to proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) was applied to archival material from thirythree astrocytomas treating with microwave oven.The results showed that the percentage of PCNA positive tumour cells rose along with the increase in tumour malignancy(PCNA:Ⅰversus Ⅱ,P>0.05;Ⅰversus Ⅲ,P<0.01;Ⅰversus Ⅳ,P<0.01;Ⅱ versus Ⅲ,P<0.01;Ⅱ versus Ⅳ,P<0.01;Ⅲ versus Ⅳ,P<0.01;Ⅰ.Ⅱversus Ⅲ.Ⅳ,P<0.01).It is suggested that the level of PCNA expression can objectively reflect the malignant grade of astrocytomas,which can evaluate the biological behaviour of astrocytomas and give important prognostic information about astrocytomas for clinic.
