摘要
为探讨我国冠心病患者健康教育与临床护理一体化模式，调查了１３８例患者的健康教育需求。方法：问卷与面谈。结果：患者欠缺较深层次的知识，认知自我护理不够，知行未合一；能解决实际问题的健康教育内容需求较多；教育方法需求大多选择医护讲解和演示、听录音及电话保健咨询。文中讨论了健康教育的必行性、注意点及其治疗作用。建议：加强健康教育人才培养，护士充当主力军。
To explore coordinated model of health education and clinical care in patients with coronary heart disease,the requirements of health education was investigated with questionnarie and interview in 138 cases.Results showed patients were lack of knowledge of CHD and cognition of self care,cognition to action was not coordinated.They needed more practical content in the health education.The best means of education included professional explanation and demonstration,tape,and telephone consultation.The necessity,focal points and therapeutic effect of heath education were disscussed in this study.Suggestion:the training of health education personnel should be strengthened.Nurses should play a leading role in health education.The study of component and model of health education should be stressed.
