摘要
目的 了解骨折患者对健康教育的需求。方法 自行设计患者健康获得观念调查表及 2 0项教育内容、8项教育方法的需求表 ,对 163例患者进行调查分析。结果 ( 1)患者对骨折一般知识能够了解 ;( 2 )患者对自身在健康教育中的价值认识不够 ;( 3 )患者知行未合一。结论 健康教育势在必行 ,良好的护患沟通是开展健康教育的前提。
Objective To encourage patients to participate in and cooperate with treatment and nursing so as to speed up recovery for better quality life of by of ering well-programmed, well-organized and systematical education.Methods 163 patients were investgated with 2 questionnaires including: Questionnaire I, which was self-developed for investigating health concepts handled by patients; Questionnaire Ⅱ, which comprised 20 items on educational contents and 8 items on educational methods for investigating patients' needs.The scales of the quesitioonaires were statistically (analyzed).Result (1) They underestimated therir own roles in the education; (2) They underestimated thei roles in the education; (3)Their behaviors were not accordant with their knowledge).Conclusion Health education is much necessary and good comunication between patients and nursing staff is a preposition.
