摘要
研究了9种金属离子对黄粉虫纤维素酶活性及幼虫生长发育的影响,在外源性金属离子对纤维素酶活性的影响上,F e2+对黄粉虫纤维素酶的活性表现出了激活作用,M g2+在高浓度下对纤维素酶表现出了一定的抑制性.其余各种金属离子对纤维素酶的活性全部表现为抑制作用,其中以Hg2+的抑制作用最强,即使在最低的浓度下也能表现出很强的抑制效果.不同金属离子对黄粉虫的生长表现出同对纤维素酶活性的影响相似的作用.
The effects of nine kinds of metal ions on the cellulase activity of Tenebrio molitor L. and the growth of larvae were studied. The results showed that Fe2+ might activate cellulase even in lower concentration, Mg2+ showed an inhibitory effect in higher concen- tration. The other seven kinds of metal ions all showed the inhibitory character, the inhibitory effect of Hg2+ was the most potent, even in lower concentration. The effects of all the metal ions on the growth of larvae were concordant with the effects of the metal ions on cellulase activity.
