铜胁迫对黄粉虫幼虫3种保护酶活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同浓度Cu2+处理的饲料饲喂黄粉虫幼虫,分别对不同阶段幼虫体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性进行了测定。结果表明:随饲料中Cu2+浓度的增加,CAT活性在黄粉虫低龄阶段和中龄阶段均逐渐上升,而在高龄阶段则先升后降;POD活性在低龄阶段先降后升又略下降,在中龄阶段先升高后急剧下降,而在高龄阶段呈先升又缓慢下降的趋势;无论是低龄、中龄还是高龄阶段,SOD活性均表现先降后升又降的变化规律。在同一Cu2+浓度处理下,CAT、POD和SOD活性均为中龄阶段最高,低龄阶段次之,高龄阶段最低。这表明低浓度的Cu2+能够诱导黄粉虫主要保护酶活性提高,当体内Cu2+含量逐渐富集,且随诱导时间延长,保护酶的活性受到抑制。 By feeding Tenebrio molitor L. with the forage of different concentration Cu2+, the effects of different concentration Cu2+ on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in Tenebrio molitor L. larvae were studied by assaying enzyme activities. The results showed that with the increase of Cu2+ contration in the forage, the activities of CAT increased gradually at the stage of low and middle instar larvae, but increased firstly then decreased at the stage of high instar larvae. The activities of POD decreased firstly, increased secondly then decreased slowly at the stage of low instar larvae, but increased firstly then decreased at the stage of middle and high instar larvae. The activities of SOD decreased firstly, then increased secondly and decreased again at the stage of low, middle and high instal" larvae.Under the treat of same Cu2+ concentration in the forage, the activities of CAT, POD and SOD was the highest at the stage of middle instar larvae (40 d ), was the second at the stage of low instar larvae, was third at the stage of high instar larvae. Experimental results indicated the activities of CAT, POD and SOD was induced at the low Cu2+ contration in the forage, but inhibited at the high Cu2+ contration in the forage with the increased of induced time.
