铜和镉在棕尾别麻蝇体内的累积及其对三种抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:21

摘要 测定了棕尾别麻蝇初产幼虫喂饲含Cu或Cd的饲料后,其体内3种抗氧化酶,即超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活力的变化动态,以及体内Cu和Cd累积动态.结果表明:Cu或Cd处理后,该蝇体内Cu或Cd的含量在幼虫期随时间推移而明显增高,至化蛹时开始下降;体内SOD和CAT的活力受到明显抑制,且抑制程度因处理浓度的升高而加强.但POD活力只在高浓度Cu或Cd处理时才被抑制,低浓度处理反而诱导其升高. In Boettcherisca peregrina, changes in the activities of three species of antioxidant enzymes including superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) were measured together with patterns of cuprum or cadmium accumulation as the newly hatched fly larvae were exposed to the diet containing cuprum (Cu) or cadmium (Cd). The results showed that the Cu or Cd content of the fly bodies increased markedly during larval stage depending on the time after exposure to Cu or Cd, and decreased until pupation. Cu (or Cd) exposure resulted in that the activities of SOD and CAT in the flies were significantly inhibited with an increase of Cu or Cd exposure concentration. In contrast, the activity of POD in the flies was inhibited enhanced by exposure to Cu or Cd by exposure to Cu or Cd of relatively high concentration, but was of relatively low concentration.
