摘要
研究了八种金属离子对蛋鸡血清碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。结果表明:Mg^(2+)和 Mn^(2+)对碱性磷酸酶有较强的激活作用,没有抑制作用,最佳激活浓度为10^(-3)mol/L 和10^(-5)mol/L;低浓度 Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Co^(2+)、Ca^(2+) 、Fe^(2+)和 Se^(2+)对 ALP 有激活作用,高浓度时有抑制作用。
It was studied that the influence of eight metal ions on activity of serum alkaline phosphatase in laying hens.The results showed that Mg^(2+)and Mn^(2+)could acti- vate alkaline phosphatase highly,the best concentrations of them were 10^(-3)mol/L and 10^(-5)mol/L,respectively.Zn^(2+),Cu^(2+),Co^(2+),Ca^(2+),Fe^(3+)and Se^(4+)could activate alkaline phosphatase with low concentrations,and inhibit alkaline phosphatase with high concen- trations.
