摘要
鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chicken chorioallantoic membrane,CAM)是研究血管形成的理想体内模型,受精的鸡卵在胚胎发育过程中,绒毛尿囊膜的血管生长很旺盛。因此,以鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜模型来模拟血管新生成为研究热点。鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜技术是一种定性、定量研究体内血管新生的技术,它因具有实验材料易得、操作简便、实验周期短、不需要特殊设备、结果易于观察等优点而得到广泛应用。本文就国内外有关鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管新生特点、模型建立、血管测量方法等方面的研究进展作一综述。
Chicken Chorioallantoic Membrance (CAM) is one of the ideal models on the research of the angiogenesis in vivo. The blood vessel of CAM grows very exuberant during the period of embryonic development. So the CAM model is a hot spot on study of the angiogenesis. The technology of CAM is a qualitative and quantitative method on the blood vessel analysis. This technology is getting extensive application because of many advantages, such as simple and convenient operation practice, easily to obtain the experiment materials and observe the experiment results, short experiment period and no peculiar equipments needed. The paper is a brief summary on recent researches on the model building - up of CAM, the measurement method of blood vessel and the characteristics of the angiogenesis of CAM.
