摘要
基因治疗是近年来医学上热门研究领域。胃癌基因治疗成效的客观估价需要能够很好再现人胃癌体内生物学变化的动物模型,本文从原理、影响因素、主要方法、动物的选择、以及观察项目等方面综述国内外常用胃癌动物模型的研究资料,评价其优缺点,探讨如何根据实验目的选择最佳条件构建理想的胃癌体内模型,促进胃癌体内模型在胃癌发病机制、预防、治疗尤其是基因治疗领域较深入的应用研究。
Gene therapy is very popular in the medical research recently. Gene therapy valuation needs an animal model which is good reproduction of human gastric cancer in vivo biological changes. Several kinds of animal models with gastric carcinoma are summarized. The mechanism, influence factors, methods, animal selection, and observation item etc are investigated in this artical. And discuss how to construct the ideal animal model for different experiment purposes.
