摘要
9日龄来杭鸡鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chorfoallantoic mcmbrance, CAM)植入甲基纤维素九作为待测成分载体,于载体中加入50~100ng/10μl重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rccombinant basic fibroblast growth factor, rbFGF),3天后,即可观察到rbFGF明显诱导尿囊膜血管增粗和载体周围新生毛细血管密度增加并呈辐辏状。该技术是一个能在体内检测rbFGF的生物学活性的简便适用的方法。
Using methylecllulose M450 as corricr which was place into the chick embryo chorioallantoic, on its 9th day of age then 10 ul of dilute rbFGF was added into the carfier and distill water was used as control.Three days later, the positive result showed a marked change of vasslcsor capillarics formed converge. This technique could make in vivo assay of bioactivity of rbFGF. Its sensitvity was about 50~100 ng/10 ul.
