摘要
将确认为同源四倍体的何首乌试管苗进行田间移栽,考察其田间农艺性状,并采用高效液相法测定块根中的二苯乙烯苷含量。结果表明:在考察的19个四倍体株系中,14个株系的块根产量显著高于对照二倍体;所有四倍体块根中的二苯乙烯苷含量均高于二倍体,其中最高者比二倍体株系高79.22%;17个株系的二苯乙烯苷单株生产量高于二倍体50%。这一结果为何首乌同源四倍体优良品种的推广应用提供了科学依据。
The obtained autotetraploid plantlets were transplanted to experimental plots in the field. The agronomic characteristics and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxyl-diphenyl-ethylene-2-O-β-D-glucoside(stilbene glycoside) were determined at the harvesting period. The results indicated that the root yields of single plant in 14 tetraploid lines increased remarkablely compared with the diploid~ the contents of stilbene glycoside of all the tetraploid were higher than those of diploid plant, and the highest one was increased by 79.22%;17 tetraploid lines showed higher productivity of stilbene glycoside(yield of stilbene glycoside/plant) than the diploid. These results provide a scientific basis for the breeding of the excellent autotetraploid varieties.
