摘要
用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和薄层色谱(TLCS)法测定了何首乌药材中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙的含量.2种方法回收率均在96%以上,测定结果基本一致.
HPLC and TLCS are used for the quantitative determination of stilbene in Polygonum mutiflorum Thunb. The recovery rates of these two methods are both more than 96%, and the determination results are basically consistent with each other.
