摘要
本土导向是本土化和专业化的整合。在5.12大地震后的都江堰市灾后社区,上海社工服务团恰当组合了"本土"和"外来",展现了本土导向的实践智慧。该个案经验在"道"的层面有其可演绎性,在逻辑和理论的层面,本土导向的内涵需要继续探索。而工作人员的"液体"角色则是本土导向实践智慧的重要基础。
It is important to integrate the indigenization and professionalization. In the post 512-earthquake community of Dujiangyan city, the practice wisdom of the social work teams from Shanghai was to apply the social work skills and the Chinese helping techniques simultaneously. The term indigenization-professionalization should be conceptualized, but the case experience of the social work teams could be deducted. And it is clear that the practice wisdom depends on the ＂liquid＂ roles of social workers in the service process.
