摘要
在社会急剧转型的今天,发展专业社会工作已成为共识。社会工作的实务性决定了它必然面临本土化的任务。文章认为社会工作要在中国这样一个统一的多族群国家中实现本土化发展,就必须对族群文化具有敏感性,并提出了面向少数族群的社会工作实践应遵循的原则和应具备的素质。
With the rapid social transformation, developing professional social work has become a consensus. Social work faces a task of localization. The article considers the localization development of social work in China, a country with various ethnic mi- norities, which needs to be sensitive to the diverse ethno-culture, and puts forward some principles and makings needed in the ethnic social work practice.
