论优势视角下的社区发展新模式——资产为本的社区发展被引量：22

摘要资本为本的社区发展是一种优势视角下的社区发展新模式。本文首先介绍了优势视角的起源及主要观点,接着详细讨论了资产为本社区发展模式的特征及实施步骤,并以灾后社区恢复和重建为例进行分析。最后对优势视角及资产为本社区发展模式进行了评价。认为,优势视角下的资产为本社区发展模式是一种推动城市及农村社区发展的创新性策略,为推动社区发展实践提供了新的路径,然而该理论仍然面临很多需要探索和检验的问题与挑战。
